We wanted to write and express to you our satisfaction with the work of yourself, Walter Branson, and all the crew members who were working to repair the damage in our home. We contacted you after discovery of wet carpet in a rarely used hall closet. The water damage had extended to a guest bedroom and it’s walk in closet. Within the hour you were in our home with your primary focus to stop any continued damage. Then you and your team quickly assessed the situation and brought in many high-powered fans and large dehumidifiers to “dry out”. We chose you from several local contractors because we had been told of your water detecting equipment. The meters were most impressive showing the location of moisture visually undetectable. When the rooms were dry and ready for repair you were a very beneficial resource. Even meeting with us and in the insurance adjuster to guide us in knowing what needed to be done. We are so pleased that along with your modern water meters you have a team of capable and diligent workers. Every person that came into our home was courteous, prompt and efficient and cleaned up when finished. We always received a call and knew who was coming and what they were going to do. The workers were quiet and unobtrusive. But most importantly the quality of the work they did was outstanding! It’s important for you to know that whenever your employees did work the area (carpet, walls, and ceilings) looked better than it did before the water damage. Home repair is especially difficult when it is unplanned and required as a result of accidental damage. You and your team (including the office staff) made this difficult time as smooth as possible.
